Our service includes an in-depth, on-site evaluation of your vehicle's condition that typically takes around two hours. During this time we will carefully examine all critical systems, components, and features of your car, focusing on identifying any potential issues that shours be repaired by Tesla under warranty.

Upon completion of our evaluation, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with detailed findings photographs and videos, which you can submit through the Tesla app when arranging an appointment to be completed under warranty.

We also provide a battery scan and degradation analysis to give you a clear understanding of your vehicle's battery health and longevity, ensuring you have all the information needed to make informed decisions about your car's future.

To facilitate accurate results, please ensure that your vehicle is charged to 100% before our arrival.
